Mon programme pour rentrer au Conservatoire de Paris

Bonjour à tous et bienvenue sur Master Danse. Cet article sera un peu plus personnel que les derniers puisqu’il va parler de mon projet et de mon programme pour cette année en danse.

J’espère que vous pourrez vous inspirer de mon projet pour bâtir le vôtre afin de vous épanouir dans votre vie de danseur.

Cet article est un peu la suite approfondie de la page « mon parcours » du blog.

L’année passée, j’ai fait une pause de la danse classique après avoir quitté l’école de l’opéra de Paris. Pendant cette pause j’ai découvert la danse contemporaine. Cette danse qui m’anime et me donne envie de me lever tous les matins. Cette danse qu’on anime et qui est différente tous les matins. En plus d’avoir découvert la danse contemporaine, j’ai aussi découvert ma voie, ou du moins ma vocation. Etant en année de transition je n’ai tenté aucun concours. Et alors que la fin d’année approchait je me suis dit que je ne voulais pas arrêter la danse et continuer dans un lycée classique. J’ai alors cherché des écoles et des professeurs à Paris pour me créer mon propre programme afin de me préparer, entre autres, à passer les concours des Conservatoires de Paris et de Lyon.

J’habite à Gif sur Yvette, dans la banlieue parisienne. Il était donc impossible pour moi de trouver un lycée compatible avec mes horaires de danse. De ce fait, je fais le CNED (le lycée à la maison), ce qui laisse carte blanche pour construire un planning de danse. Voilà donc ce qui en est ressorti :

Pour résumer, trois jours de danse intensifs à Paris et 4 jours consacrés à la partie scolaire et à d’autres pratiques complémentaires telles que la méditation, la marche en pleine conscience…. Maintenant, laissez moi vous présenter les écoles, lieux et professeurs où je vais prendre mes cours.

La partie contemporain :

Je prends les cours de Nathalie Pubellier, au studio Harmonic, à Paris. Cet endroit est très convivial ! Il dispose de cinq grandes salles avec de grandes baies vitrées et un hall à l’intérieur pour manger et patienter entre les cours. Tout le monde est très accueillant et il y a une variété extraordinaire de cours !

Dans les cours de Nathalie Pubellier, on retrouve un aspect méditatif, une reconnexion aux sensations du corps en mouvement, mais aussi un aspect anatomique, une exploration des parties du corps, un attachement à la colonne et au centre… Son cours se déroule en 3 parties. Il y a d’abord 3 mises en état : ce sont des exercices qui restent quasiment identiques toute l’année et qui permettent justement de reconnecter avec le corps. Ensuite, vient la partie « chorégraphie » : elle montre un enchaînement à reproduire toujours avec des verbes de mouvement et une atmosphère (un état), comme détaillé dans l’article : « mon stage de danse avec Nathalie Pubellier ». Puis vient l’empreinte : cet exercice consiste à reproduire la chorégraphie avec uniquement les sensations du corps, les saveurs… En bref, c’est une professeure motivante, qui donne des cours motivants, dans un endroit motivant. Je recommande vivement !

La partie classique :

Je prends des cours avec Pascale Jacot, de la roulotte à Vapeur. Elle a fondé son école en 1991, dans un local du 20ème arrondissement. Malheureusement, ce dernier a brûlé cet été et elle s’est donc relocalisée dans la Villa Riberolle. Ce sont des salles qu’elle loue, donc je ne pourrai malheureusement rien dire sur le lieu à part que la villa est très pittoresque et atypique, avec ses 3 studios de danse : “Espas danse”, “Le Lax studio” et “Heartpoint studio”.

La technique de Pascale pourrait être apparentée à la technique Alexander (qu’utilise Wayne Byars par exemple) dans le sens où elle est toujours entrain de chercher l’origine du mouvement et à vraiment trouver de la profondeur dans celui-ci. Elle est en respect de l’anatomie et de l’élève. Elle travaille dans la même direction et le même état d’esprit que Nathalie Pubellier, c’est donc tout à fait complémentaire pour moi. C’est une excellente professeure, elle a vraiment l’oeil et ses cours ne sont pas trop bondés donc c’est parfait pour progresser. Je recommande vivement!
